Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
Any reservation is confirmed by a deposit of one night's stay for each room
booked. Mastercard & Visa accepted. No cheques or debit cards.
Refunds (less a service charge of 25$) will be given
for cancellations made between 2 and 7 days before the arrival date @ 4:00pm.
A fee of one night's stay applies for cancellations
or changes of date made less
than 48 hours before the arrival date @ 4:00pm.
Reservations for holiday weekends or special events must
be paid in full at time
of booking. No refunds will be given for cancellations for any reason.
While we sympathize with situations that
arise to necessitate a cancellation, no
refunds will be given for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.

BREAKFAST: Self-serve between 8:00 am & 9:00 am in the Royal Hall.
TELEVISION: TV and DVD in each
room. No satellite reception. Antennae only.
Rent DVDs from the office @ 1$ each or bring your own.
TELEPHONE: No telephones in rooms. Only emergency calls will be permitted
on our
business line.
NO SMOKING Policy:
All rooms are designated as "NON-SMOKING".
You will be asked to leave immediately if you smoke
in your room.
Also, you will be charged with a cleaning fee of 50$.
Damaged Items:
You are responsible to pay for any article or piece
of equipment in your room that you damage or soil excessively or that goes missing during your stay.
Parents are responsible for their
children.
POOL: Open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
No lifeguard on duty. Swim
at your own risk!
No running, jumping or diving is permitted.
Parents must supervise their children at all times.
No alcoholic beverages or glass bottles are permitted in pool area.
Bath
towels for the pool or spa are not supplied.
