  Rates quoted are for 1 or 2 persons. Taxes extra.
  COST for extra persons in the same room:

  In-room service: Breakfast is available between 7:30 - 9:00am
                   @ 6$ per person ; 2 meals for 10$.

      The Manoir Rooms are reserved for groups or large families.
      You must rent all the rooms in one unit.
      1)  Bellevue Unit        (3 rooms):  Rosewood, Rhapsody, Sands
      2)  Cosy Corner Unit   (2 rooms): Safari and Bunker
 
Reservation & Cancellation Policy: 
Any reservation is confirmed by a deposit of 100$ for each room booked.
Refunds (less a service charge of 35$) will be given for cancellations made between 1 and 7 days before the arrival date @ 4:00 pm.
A fee of one night's stay applies for cancellations or changes of date made less than 24 hours before the arrival date @ 4:00pm.

 

Reservations for an extended stay (4+ days), a holiday weekend, **a special event or

a block of rooms (3+)  require a deposit of one night's stay for each room booked.  For cancellations made 8 days or more before the arrival date at 4:00pm, the deposit will be reimbursed less a 50$ service charge for each room reserved.  No refund will be given for a cancellation made 7 days or less before the arrival date at 4:00pm.  In addition, no changes to the reservation will be accepted if made less than 7 days before.

 

While we sympathize with situations that arise to necessitate a cancellation, no refunds will be given for no-shows, late arrivals or early depattures.

 

**special event = wedding, anniversary, reunion, conference, fair, festival.

CHECK OUT: 11:00am

 

        ROOMS: Each room is equipped with a coffeemaker & mini-fridge.

                      Daily housekeeping is available @ 10$ per day if requested.

                      Meals are available as of  6:00am at 2 restaurants 1 block away.
 TELEVISION: Satellite TV & DVD player in each room of Cottage Complex. 

                      Rent DVDs from the office @ 1$ each.

 TELEPHONE: No telephone in any rooms. 

                      Only emergency calls will be permitted on our business line. 

     ANIMALS: Dogs are permitted in certain rooms only. There is a 10$ fee per night.                       They must be kept on a leash when outdoors. 

 

NO SMOKING POLICY:

All rooms are designated as  "NON-SMOKING".

You will be asked to leave if you smoke in your room.

Also, you will be charged with a cleaning fee of 50$.

Damaged Items:
You are responsible to pay for any article or piece of equipment in your room that you damage, that goes missing during your stay or that gets soiled abnormally (with any beverage, bedwetting or vomit / extra 20$ cleaning charge applies). 
Parents are responsible for their children. 

POOL:    Open from 10:00am to 8:00pm.

               No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk!

               No running or diving is permitted.
               Parents must supervise their children at all times.

               No alcoholic beverages or glass bottles are permitted in pool area.

               Bath towels for the pool are not supplied. 

 

FIREWOOD: Available for a campfire. ($)
