Rates quoted include taxes. Room check in: after 3:00pm / check out: 1:00pm.
The Manoir can accommodate up to 50 persons (most rooms have private bathrooms).
All beds in each room must be occupied to qualify for this group rate (2 to 3 persons per room).
All bedding is provided, but you must bring your own towels. 
 
"Royal Hall" Conference Room Rental Fee: (until 8:00 pm on last day) *140$  1 night retreat

*The conference room fee can be reduced if you do the cleanup after a meal that we provide. 
 Adult groups of 20 or more persons which do the cleanup after a meal that we provide
get a 20$ reduction per meal off the fee for the conference room.
(Cleanup means washing dishes, cleaning tables, keeping the "Rose Garden" dining area tidy.)
 
MEALS
You can prepare your own meals & serve them in the Royal Hall... OR...
Choose the rate with meals... served in the Rose Garden dining room. 
Refer to the menu to choose your meals or to add any other meals.
Meals range from 6$ to 8.50$ per person.
If you prepare your own meals, you are responsible for cleanup in the Royal Hall kitchen.
                                       
Reservations
Any reservation for a retreat must be confirmed with a signed contract & a deposit of 300$.
50% of total estimated cost must be paid 3 weeks before the retreat.
Balance is due upon arrival.
Personal Getaway
Rates are for 2 nights' stay or more. No meals are provided.
Rooms (with kitchenettes) are located in Cottage Complex.
All bedding is supplied but you must bring your own towels.
Rooms must be vacated by 1:00pm on day of departure.
